Newport City Homes utilised the Refurbishment and Modernisation (RM3) Framework to improve and refurbish corner blocks of flats that they own in the Bettws area of Newport, South Wales. Due to the quick access to a PAS 2030/25 Standard Accredited Installer, they were able to partner with the Joyner Group, through an efficient and effective Direct Award process.
