Introduction to Framework

With increased pressure on public sector organisations to deliver on ambitious targets for the development of new-build social housing, WPA have established the Housing Construction (H1NW) framework for social landlords across North and Mid Wales.

The Housing Construction framework provides public sector organisations with an efficient and compliant procurement route for the construction of all types of new housing.
